Weight-lifting alongside Endurance training and a regimented Dietary Plan is truly the way to go! Consistency is also a must! We humans need to keep our Cardiovascular and Pulmonary systems healthy at the same time while we improve our skeletal muscular strength. Cross-training also helps keep the burnout and monotony of training in check!
